About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, with various shift patterns. We offer flexible working to fit your lifestyle. Late and weekend shifts are required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist in training colleagues, communicating messages during team huddles, and ensuring product availability by planning overtime and holidays, ensuring colleagues are in the right place at the right time.

We will help you develop your skills across different areas, providing opportunities for growth in retail leadership.

About You

You are friendly, proactive, and eager to learn. You can motivate and coach your team, role-model excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
