Our client is a well-established and successful supplier of printed point of sale/point of purchase materials, trusted by leading brands to deliver innovative and eye-catching campaigns. Due to growth and the introduction of a new shift, the company are now on the lookout for an experienced production supervisor to join their team. Ideal experience includes supervision within print, production, assembly or machine operation environments.

As Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day production operations, working with the team to ensure jobs are delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. We are offering this role on a permanent or temporary-to-permanent basis, dependent on the successful candidates current situation.

• Supervise and coordinate production staff across assembly, filling and despatch duties
• Ensure quality control throughout the production process.
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Support continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and output.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.

• Previous experience in a production supervisory role
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

• Salary of c. £30,000 per annum depending on experience
• Working hours: 1:30 - 9:30pm Monday to Thursday, 12:30- 5:30pm Fridays
