Job summary

A recruitment agency in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry is seeking an organised Water Hygiene Administrator / Coordinator to assist with daily operations. Responsibilities include managing client enquiries and diary appointments for site staff, processing invoices, and maintaining the database. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and experience in a similar role. Salary ranges from £25k to £31k, with additional training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience working as an Administrator / Coordinator within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit.
  • Comfortable liaising directly with clients.
  • Ideally will have some knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the overall running of a busy Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
  • Managing a diary for site staff.
  • Answering client enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with departments for project updates.
  • Processing invoices and quotations.

Skills

Experience working as an Administrator / Coordinator
Strong organisational skills
Comfortable liaising with clients
Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
Good time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office
