About the role:

The Advanced Planning Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving integrated planning and operational excellence across procurement, production planning, and production data. Operating within a complex, global manufacturing environment, this role ensures alignment between strategic objectives, production capabilities, supplier networks, and project execution. Key responsibilities include optimizing supply chain performance, enhancing production efficiency, and leading cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement. The role also ensures production projects are planned in advance, production capacity is aligned with make-buy decisions, and manufacturing schedules meet deadlines.

This position will oversee the departments of Procurement, Production Planning, and Production Data.

• Extensive experience in supply chain planning, production operations, and procurement within manufacturing, including international exposure.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strategic thinking and systems-oriented approach.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and change management abilities.
• Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
