The position is based in Feltham, offering a salary of £33,000 and Monday to Friday hours from 07:00 to 17:00.

Qualifications

• Transport coordination experience is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of London and surrounding M25/South West Region.
• Full driving license required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all routes efficiently.
• Ensure drivers comply with transport legislation.
• Provide site-specific booking details to drivers.
• Support KPI targets and assist as needed.
• Maintain fleet compliance, including vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and other depots.
