Now, as one unified company, we’re combining expertise to offer a full-service, frictionless parking solution for both businesses and consumers.

About the role

JustPark supports a range of partners with our parking technology solutions. One vital market for us is local authorities. This ‘up to 12 month fixed term contract’ (maternity cover) role (ideally from mid January ’26 - January ’27) holds full responsibility for our work in this segment - both managing existing partners, looking for new ones and is ultimately tasked with using our full product suite to grow JustPark’s revenue. This is a hybrid role with minimum 2 days in our Kings Cross office. Please note, some UK wide travel to meet with clients may be required.

This role exists to do two core things:

  • Account manage our existing local authority contracts (~20)
    • Core KPI’s: retention and revenue/account
  • Lead the sales efforts to secure new business whether this be through competitive tenders, direct framework awards or National Parking Platform growth.
    • Core KPI’s: new deals closed and revenue growth

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • A successful track record in account management. We are looking for evidence of proactivity - someone who has sought every opportunity both to keep their accounts happy as well as to grow them through cross sell and upsell.
  • Demonstrable evidence of new business prospecting within a defined sector.
  • Having previously worked with local authorities would be a bonus, however we would be happy to progress with a candidate who can demonstrate they are adaptable & can deliver results in unfamiliar/new sectors.
  • Can build strong relationships quickly both internally & externally, fostering robust cross-departmental collaboration, to deliver positive outcomes for our client
  • Be confident to present to stakeholders of all different levels and exude knowledge and belief in the JustPark solution.
  • Evidence of successful use of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Parking sector experience is welcome but not a pre-requisite.
  • Actively looks for areas to optimise accounts & work closely with partners to deliver results
  • Holding a UK driving license would be advantageous
  • Attend events to network & build relationships
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Manages time effectively

Our Interview Process

First-stage - 30-minute virtual video interview via Google Meet with the People Team to tell you more about JustPark and the role and learn more about your experience

Second-stage - 45-minute virtual video interview via Google Meet with the Hiring Manager

Third-stage - A take home task. We always make sure that the task is relevant for the role and efficient for the process. Our tasks vary in length based on the role and seniority but the task would never take longer than a max. 3-4 hours to complete

Final stage - A 1.5 hour final interview to meet your team and manager with time to cover final interview-type questions around the role from both sides
