An employment service provider is hiring an Information and Guidance Advisor to deliver tailored career advice within a prison environment. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, guiding individuals towards sustainable employment, and utilizing labour market insights. The ideal candidate should possess an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Advice & Guidance, demonstrating strong performance in delivering high-quality guidance. Experience in correctional settings is preferred, and a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals is essential. A target-driven mindset is required.
The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment team is currently recruiting eight Information & Guidance (IAG) Advisors to provide high-quality, labour market-informed careers advice and support. These roles will focus on delivering tailored information, advice, and guidance to individuals within prison estates, as well as supporting their transition into community-based services.
These roles will be based out of HMP Forest Bank.
