A leading facilities management company is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain outdoor spaces to the highest quality. Hours: 37.5 hours
Pay: Salary
Location: GSK - Montrose Site
- Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
- Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
- Working at height using MEWP/Scaffolding
- Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
- Report site hazards and relevant information to management
- Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required
- Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
- Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
- PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
- Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles (Manual License)
