Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Project Manager to lead and execute project management activities across Technology Services (TS) retail clients. This role will focus on engaging and onboarding new projects, managing project P&Ls, and collaborating closely with the UK Program Lead on key initiatives and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in matrix and agile environments and a strong ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute project management activities across TS retail client projects.
  • Lead engagement and onboarding of new projects, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage project financials, including P&L oversight and cost control.
  • Collaborate with the UK Program Lead on strategic initiatives and critical deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in project management within matrix and agile environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and financial accountability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a virtual setting.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including email proficiency (i.e., Exchange).
  • Strong skills and competency in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Access.
  • Teamwork skills, appropriate to all levels of the organization.
