A prominent healthcare organization in Wales is seeking a Project Support Officer to provide administrative support within their People and Culture Change Team. The successful candidate will facilitate project delivery, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and contribute to an inclusive work environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with experience in a similar role. The organization values diversity and encourages applications from all backgrounds.
We are looking for a competent Project Support Officer to work within our People and Culture Change Team. You will provide administrative support to projects that aim to create and maintain inclusive services and practices for our service users and staff. You will support the Trust in achieving its Strategic Equality Objectives and ensure operations comply with statutory requirements. Team projects include developing and delivering training, inclusive recruitment projects, facilitating staff networks, policy development and advising on impact assessment.
You will be a team player who demonstrates attitudes and behaviours aligned with the Trust. Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are integral to ensuring the smooth implementation of our projects.
