Provide clinical expertise and specialist advice to women accessing gynaecological outpatient services. Ensure the delivery of evidence-based, holistic nursing care that is current, effective, and aligned with Trust policies. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients undergoing assessments, investigations, and procedures. Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professional attitudes and behaviours.
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and experienced nurse manager to lead our friendly gynaecology outpatient services. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of outpatient services and clinics. You will be responsible for operational management, clinical leadership, service development, and staff support. The post holder is expected to lead the team to deliver high quality, effective, individualised nursing care to all patients undergoing gynaecology outpatient assessments, investigations and procedures, ensuring a safe environment and providing a high level of information and support to patients. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership skills with experience in staff management. You are expected to carry out audits and deputise for the gynaecology matron in absence.
