Responsibilities
  • Be the first and last point of contact for all students studying at TLG and handle day-to-day enquiries at the front desk, providing advice and support.
  • Collaborate with other student support officers as a team to provide basic advice and referrals to students.
  • Act as a referral point to provide students with support, guidance, information, and confidential, impartial advice. This role is part of TLG HE administration and reports to the Student Services Manager.
  • Work weekends as required.
