Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced administrator who will provide a comprehensive, professional, effective secretarial and administrative support service to the Capital Development Team based in Glan Clwyd Hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain databases
  • Produce orders and coordinate tender documentation
  • Manage the procurement and storage of stock and stationery
  • Maintain the diaries of the team members
  • Organise, prepare papers and take minutes for meetings
  • Plan and organise their own workload, effectively managing time and workload in response to service requirements and timescales
Desirable Skills/Qualifications
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post
