About the role
The Freight Growth Manager position offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with key stakeholders, and contribute to the development of a commercially viable rail freight industry. You'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and growth in rail freight, making a significant impact on the network's efficiency and sustainability.

About you
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Freight Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Victorian freight rail network, including its limitations and key stakeholders. You will be adept at collating and growing freight by leading strategic investments and overseeing the entire process. As a subject matter expert, you will possess extensive network knowledge and freight experience, enabling you to drive impactful growth initiatives and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

The remuneration band for this role is from $167,000 (inclusive of superannuation) and upwards depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
