A leading aviation training provider in Bournemouth is seeking an ERP Training Specialist to deliver high-quality ERP training across the organization. You will develop and implement engaging training programs, support key business functions, and provide expert user support. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and is willing to travel internationally.

- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive ERP training programmes.

- Act as a key point of contact for ERP user support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the Change Lead Group to align training with evolving business processes.
- Maintain training standards and continuously improve training effectiveness.
