Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive ERP training programmes.
• Provide in-person training at our Bournemouth HQ and other UK/international sites.
• Act as a key point of contact for ERP user support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Change Lead Group to align training with evolving business processes.
• Maintain training standards and continuously improve training effectiveness.
