Three9s Talent is hiring on behalf of a respected construction fit-out company that's delivering £500k-£2m commercial, interiors, and specialist residential projects across London and the South East.

The company is trusted on site, known for no-nonsense delivery, and proud of the quality they hand over - but no one outside their network sees it. That's the problem. You'll solve it.

This is a rare opportunity to build a structured marketing function inside a delivery-first business - one that already has clients, momentum, and a clear reputation... just not yet a visible one.

What You'll Actually Do

This is not about LinkedIn fluff. It's not about “raising awareness.” It's about structured, commercial marketing that supports:

  • Trusted client relationships
  • Repeat business
  • Visibility with the right people - not everyone

You'll:

  • Build a marketing strategy that fits the rhythm of a fit-out business
  • Speak to decision-makers: landlords, architects, PMs, QSs, investors
  • Turn past projects into smart content: case studies, decks, write-ups, punchy visuals
  • Own the website - not just the design, but the story it tells
  • Get control of email, LinkedIn, and outbound comms - and bring order to all of it
  • Track what's working, kill what's not, and build a reporting rhythm that makes sense
  • Suggest the tools and freelancers you actually need - and back it up with delivery
  • Align with the MD and site leads - understanding what's real and what's noise
What You Bring
  • 3-5+ years in B2B, construction, property or technical sector marketing
  • Clear writing, structured thinking, and brand instinct - you make things easier to understand
  • Ability to speak to clients, site teams, and execs - no waffle, just clarity
  • Knowledge of how to turn delivery into content (not “about us” fluff)
  • Comfortable using - or bringing in - the right tools (GA, HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
  • You've either worked in a contractor-style business or you've wanted to
  • You're not looking for a task list - you're looking to take ownership
  • You bring structure, focus, and forward motion
