A leading scheduling technology company is seeking a Partnership & Events Marketing Manager to develop strategies for integration partners and enhance visibility at industry events. The role requires over 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, focusing on partnership marketing and event strategies. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong relationship-building capabilities and a commercial mindset. This position offers a salary of £64,000 - £89,000 along with various perks including flexible work options and a principles-driven culture.
Cronofy powers the world's most advanced meeting and scheduling infrastructure, trusted by tens of thousands of businesses to simplify complex scheduling needs. Our White-Label API underpins meeting and scheduling solutions for leading platforms like GoDaddy, Indeed, and Houzz. From securing interviews to booking appointments, Cronofy is the engine behind seamless scheduling experiences.
As a global market leader in meeting and scheduling infrastructure, our commitment to performance, security, and compliance has made us a trusted choice for global businesses. Recently, we’ve expanded to directly serve organizations, with a focus on Recruitment teams. Companies like Wise, Allegro, and Swiss Railways already rely on Cronofy to streamline interview scheduling, and we’re poised for even greater growth.
We’re looking for a Partnership & Events Marketing Manager to strengthen how we go to market with our integration partners and elevate our presence at industry and partner events. This is a commercially-focused marketing role reporting directly to our Head of Marketing: you’ll define the strategy, messaging, and partner collaboration model, while working with others to bring it to life.
You’ll own the marketing relationship with key integration partners, driving joint activities that create pipeline, deepen relationships, and increase our visibility. You’ll also lead the marketing strategy for events (trade shows, partner dinners, and smaller gatherings), ensuring we maximize awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
Expected outcomes within 12 months: established marketing relationships with existing and new partners, co-marketing activities that directly contribute to pipeline targets, and a stronger brand presence at industry and partner-led events.
You’re a strategic, relationship-driven marketer with a commercial mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments, connecting marketing activities to tangible business outcomes. You’re comfortable representing the company externally and enjoy collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.
Our principles guide how we approach everyday.
We work hard but insist that everyone considers the balance between work and their life and responsibilities outside. We are direct in our dealings with each other. We continuously work to build mutual trust so that we can give each other feedback without fear of it being taken personally.
We can support a predominantly remote, office-based or hybrid working model. We do really value face-to-face time and, where circumstances allow, encourage teams to spend regular time together at suitable locations. As our current Marketing team is based in London (near London Bridge), the successful applicant should preferably be based in, or within a reasonably commutable distance, to the London city centre - however we'll consider exceptional candidates based in the UK or the EU.
At Cronofy we know that an inclusive working environment is the single best approach to ensure high-performance and inspire innovative thinking. The magic happens when we bring multiple perspectives together to solve the scheduling problems of today and tomorrow. This requires that everyone at Cronofy has equal opportunity to grow, learn, deliver their best work, and develop their careers.
