Technical Advisor

The successful candidate will take personal accountability for providing a responsive and effective service, as well as the following. This position will suit candidates with technical knowledge of roofing materials/projects installation processes. Ideally, if you are a tradesperson wanting to come off the tools and explore another avenue within the sector this role may be for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide CAD details and written text, to be included in product specifications.
• Assist in the creation of technical details.
• Provide help desk support to customers requiring assistance with company products.
• Customers can be both internal and external.
• Advise customers of the technical merits and correct application of products.
• Production and checking of waterproofing specifications.
• Interpreting architectural drawings to offer advice and best practices in line with current industry guidance.
• Remain up to date with industry guidance and legislation.
