About Userlane

The role

Own marketing strategy and execution for the company. Build pipeline through field events partners and campaigns that drive measurable results. Youll shape how we position ourselves in the market and work directly with the leadership team to scale what works. Youll lead a small team plus freelancers agencies and AI agents to deliver outcomes that matter.

Your mission
What you'll do
  • Build the annual marketing plan and quarterly execution roadmap
  • Run field events that generate qualified pipeline
  • Write positioning that makes our value clear to buyers
  • Own the metrics : pipeline conversion revenue impact
  • Partner with Sales to understand what closes deals and what doesnt
  • Work with Product to launch features that customers actually want
  • Build customer stories and case studies that help prospects make decisions
  • Manage a team of 2-3 people plus external resources and AI tools
  • Test campaigns and scale what works
What we're looking for
