About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to drive the UK passenger car marketing strategy. You will lead product launches, develop impactful campaigns, and ensure our vehicles resonate with UK customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product launches, marketing initiatives, and communications for UK passenger car models.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, including strategies, goals, and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce effective promotional materials.
  • Refine the UK‑specific localisation of vehicle selling points.
  • Create schedules, manage deadlines, and oversee project timelines.
  • Conduct market research and analyse data to guide strategy.
  • Provide guidance on product pricing, budgeting, and strategic positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in automotive marketing, with a track record of successfully launching vehicles, executing campaigns, and driving brand growth.
  • Deep understanding of the UK automotive market, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong project management skills, able to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into compelling marketing messages.
  • Data‑driven and analytical, capable of interpreting market insights, customer feedback, and campaign performance to optimise strategies.

  • Comfortable with occasional international travel for launches, trainings, or industry events.
