A leading food delivery service in London seeks a Manager for B2B Marketing Operations. The candidate will oversee B2B communications, manage a marketing calendar, and implement performance tracking for campaigns. Key requirements include experience with Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with strong skills in data analytics and project management. This is a full-time role based in London, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup.
As Manager, B2B Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for the design, build, delivery and optimisation of Deliveroo’s external B2B communications. With your team of operations executives you will ensure that we communicate with the right person at the right time, across an increasing selection of channels. As part of a wider program to improve how Deliveroo communicates with our partners you will play an integral role in designing and testing new campaigns, cadences and channels.
Beyond your immediate team you will also be a key member of the Commercial Operations Management Team reporting to the Commercial Operations Director. As such you will contribute to defining and embedding our wider approach to commercial enablement, in support of building a market-leading proposition for all of our restaurant and retail partners through our frontline teams.
Oversee the B2B marketing calendar, working closely with relevant internal teams to plan, schedule, QA and deliver a variety of communications across multiple channels.
