Based in the South West and Wales region, and reporting to one of two regional Senior Marketing Managers, the Manager will support, deliver and enhance the marketing plan for the South West and Wales Practice.

Working closely with the Practice Senior Partner (PSP), Office Senior Partners (OSPs) and their respective leadership teams, the Manager will develop, execute and measure the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and plan for the region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop and manage the execution of the South West & Wales Marketing plan.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the practice including service line and industry leaders, wider clients and markets teams and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.
  • Engage account teams to ensure marketing activities are relevant, timely and sales enabling.
  • Manage local marketing budgets effectively and track return on investment for all marketing activities.
  • Ensure marketing activity and campaigns have a clear focus on developing client relationships among the practice’s most important growth, scale and industry priority accounts.
  • Analyse marketing data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize future strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the marketing landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
