A governmental environmental agency in the UK seeks a Project Team Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering innovative projects aimed at reducing flood risks and enhancing the environment. The role requires a degree in a relevant field and significant experience in project and people management. Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships are essential. This senior position sits in Programme & Project Delivery (PPD) and manages team members who project manage the delivery of exciting, innovative projects that include studies and schemes that ultimately aim to reduce the risk of flooding to communities and enhance the environment.

Our award-winning team is at the heart of integrated project and programme delivery. We collaboratively deliver sustainable asset management projects to reduce flood risk, deliver environmental improvements and reduce carbon, adding a greater sense of shared ownership with local communities. The Project Team Manager manages 8-15 project management professionals who manage delivery of projects within our flood and coastal erosion risk management programme.
