Overview

Opportunity for someone to work on projects for the aerospace industry amongst other sectors, including automotive and motorsport. You will be in charge of managing projects from start through to completion, liaising with external customers and internal teams such as design, sales and supply chain.

You'll be working for a company that is currently performing well, with an increasing order book and plans to grow the team. You can expect job security, job satisfaction, personal development and progression with this opportunity.

We are looking for a project manager who can deliver on time and within budget. You will be managing multiple technical projects at any one time, varying in size and duration. You will be joining a company that is a leader in its field and strong within its specialism.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple technical projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget outcomes.
  • Liaise with external customers and internal teams (design, sales, supply chain) to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to drive project progress in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of product design or development, with some planning software experience.
  • Significant project management experience; qualifications such as PRINCE2 would be well received.
  • Technical/engineering experience is required; a degree in engineering would be advantageous.
Industry and Location

Works with world-famous brands, primarily in Motorsport, with additional projects in Aerospace, MOD and Marine sectors. Quality is emphasized due to the high-profile clients.

The role is based near Milton Keynes, with a specially kitted-out workshop that you would be proud to show customers, and close collaboration with a dedicated senior management team.
