A leading construction firm is seeking a Project Manager (Building Surveyor) to oversee capital projects across the UK. The role involves managing up to 20 projects annually with values up to £5m. Candidates should have a relevant degree, excellent organization and communication skills, and a full driving license. Balfour Beatty are currently looking for a Project Manager (Building Surveyor) to join our Enabling Functions - Property team located in Derby, but will be travelling UK Wide.
Please Note: This role will require the successful applicant to hold a full driving license, due to the travelling involved.
