Job summary
A leading Creative space in London is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all maintenance aspects in a dynamic production environment. This hands-on role requires ensuring the efficient operation of facilities and includes preventive and reactive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electric systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electric, plumbing (HVAC) and fabric maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
