ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Technical Services Manager, you will lead the seamless coordination of technical services, bridging design and construction within our company. Craft MEP designs tailored to client budgets, ensuring minimalistic yet efficient solutions. Present complex technical designs in an easily digestible manner to clients and contribute to pitch strategies with a blend of technical expertise and persuasive communication. Conduct thorough evaluations of buildings and systems, including statutory compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to regulations and optimal functionality.
- 3-5 years of technical services experience, ideally with a fit-out and refurbishment contractor.
- Ability to manage subcontractors.
- Competent in Health and Safety management.
- Programme Oriented.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong relationship-building techniques.
My client is offering a package of £70,000 – £80,000 depending on experience. Alongside this, you will also be eligible for a range of rewards and benefits.
