Our client is a globally recognised leader in the production of Certified Reference Materials (CRMs), helping customers achieve the highest standards in analytical measurement. Renowned internationally for their scientific excellence and commitment to quality, they are now seeking an experienced Process & Technical Engineering Leader to drive innovation, enhance manufacturing capabilities, and lead the development of new and existing CRM products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Leading R&D and technical development projects from concept through to implementation
  • Driving technical innovation through the development of new CRMs and the improvement of existing formulations
  • Promoting continuous improvement and supporting ongoing automation initiatives
  • Line managing and providing technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensuring compliance with industry and internal quality standards
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Quality, Sales, Marketing) and external partners
  • Delivering technical training for customers and internal teams
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • 10 years' experience in CRM production or regulated manufacturing
  • A strong leadership background with proven line management experience
  • A strong working knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO 17025/17034, and other regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire teams
