Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday -Tues to Fri 3pm until 11pm , Sat 11am until 7pm (Any Five From Seven Contract)

We're now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to lead our operations and drive success.
If you're a proactive leader with a passion for logistics, we want you on our team!
WHAT YOU'LL DO?
- Directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in the designated area.
- Track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring records are maintained at an optimum level.
- Promote, adhere to, and monitor Health and Safety requirements on site, including manual handling health and safety requirements.
- Support with absence cover for other Team Leaders within the operation.
- Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?
- Previous and practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment is essential.
- Previous experience in the preparation and distribution of volume orders.
- Computer literate with practical knowledge of logistics software packages.
- Ability to lead by example and guide a team to successfully meet KPIs.
- Previous MHE Experience would be desirable
