A leading educational staffing agency in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to support student learning and maintain classroom discipline. The role requires previous experience in a secondary school, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage students effectively. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of £105 - £110 per day.

Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Core Education is currently working with schools in the Cheltenhamarea who have requirements for a Cover Supervisor.

Cover Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Taking attendance registers
• Maintaining classroom discipline
• Supervising students, ensuring the students remain engaged and focused on pre-prepared work
• Support learning and provide guidance and support to students

Cover Supervisor Experience:

• Confident in tailoring lesson delivery to accommodate students
• Previous experience working within a secondary school setting as a Cover Supervisor
• Qualification within an Education is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

The successful Cover Supervisor will need an Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one.
