Pay Rate: £27,322.00 plus 10% shift premium
Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday -Tues to Fri 3pm until 11pm , Sat 11am until 7pm (Any Five From Seven Contract)
Location: Milton Keynes

We're now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to lead our operations and drive success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

• Directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in the designated area.
• Track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring records are maintained at an optimum level.
• Promote, adhere to, and monitor Health and Safety requirements on site, including manual handling health and safety requirements.
• Support with absence cover for other Team Leaders within the operation.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?

• Previous and practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment is essential.
• Previous experience in the preparation and distribution of volume orders.
• Computer literate with practical knowledge of logistics software packages.
• Ability to lead by example and guide a team to successfully meet KPIs.
• Previous MHE Experience would be desirable
