A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Partner. In this role, you will lead a dynamic recruitment team, managing end-to-end processes from strategy to onboarding for various hospitality positions. This fast-paced environment requires hands-on leadership and the ability to adapt quickly. You will enjoy autonomy, visible impact, and a supportive culture, along with a competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 plus benefits.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, lead-from-the-front position for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume, people-critical environments and wants real ownership.
You’ll sit at the heart of a dynamic, event-driven business, owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple flagship venues – from strategy through to sourcing, onboarding, compliance, and contract creation. One minute you’ll be shaping hiring strategy with senior stakeholders, the next you’ll be knee-deep in right-to-work checks, contracts, or supporting your team through peak demand.
As Senior Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Partner, you’ll lead a small recruitment team while remaining deeply hands‑on yourself. You’ll oversee:
This is a 48‑hour, on‑site role in a high‑energy environment where priorities change quickly and pressure is part of the job – but so is autonomy, trust, and influence.
This role is not suitable for recruiters who only want high‑level or advisory positions, or who are uncomfortable with operational detail.
The salary is between £50–60,000 for the basic. 33 days for holiday allowance, life assurance and entry to some of the most fantastic events out there.
