  • Customer service: Serve as their front‑of‑house by operating live chat windows and answering phone calls for the company and its clients, ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
  • Events: Assist with external marketing activities and logistics, including providing support at networking events and expos.
  • Content scheduling & management: Manage and maintain cross‑platform content schedules (social media, email newsletters, and blogs), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the content strategy.
  • Visual content creation: Utilize tools like Canva to create simple graphics and visual content for marketing materials, collaborating closely with the design team.
  • Advertising support: Assist with paid media campaigns by gathering, organising, and analysing performance data.
