Responsibilities
- Customer service: Serve as their front‑of‑house by operating live chat windows and answering phone calls for the company and its clients, ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
- Events: Assist with external marketing activities and logistics, including providing support at networking events and expos.
- Content scheduling & management: Manage and maintain cross‑platform content schedules (social media, email newsletters, and blogs), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the content strategy.
- Visual content creation: Utilize tools like Canva to create simple graphics and visual content for marketing materials, collaborating closely with the design team.
- Advertising support: Assist with paid media campaigns by gathering, organising, and analysing performance data.
- Website quality control: Support the team by conducting basic website audits to identify areas for technical, structural, and content improvement.
- Operational projects: Execute detailed administrative workflows by completing comprehensive checklists for activities such as client onboarding, audits, and off‑boarding.
- General administration: Provide essential administrative support to the team, including data collation and task assistance.
- Office environment: Contribute to maintaining a professional working environment by helping to keep shared office areas tidy and organised.
Qualifications
- GCSE maths and English at grade C/level 4 or above.
- Able to commute to the Leicester office at least 2‑3 times per week.
- Communication skills.
- Customer care skills.
