Job summary
A specialist healthcare talent partner is seeking a Locum Consultant Psychiatrist to manage junior medical staff in London. The role emphasizes compliance with GMC regulations and clinical practices. Essential qualifications include full GMC registration and MRCPsych. - Must achieve Section 12 approval within 3 months.
- MRCPsych or equivalent necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise junior medical staff as per Trusts policies.
- Ensure compliance with Working Time Directive.
- Report professional conduct concerns as necessary.
- Maintain GMC registration and abide by professional codes.
- Demonstrate compliance with legal obligations in clinical practice.
- Participate in annual appraisals and job plan reviews.
