The Role
  • Support pupils learning on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

  • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

  • Provide support for pupils with SEND where required

  • Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

  • A positive, proactive, and flexible approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential, depending on role)
