Proactive Personnel ltd are proud to be recruiting for our client in the Telford area for a Senior Human Resources Manager.

You will oversee all aspects of HR including recruitment, training, partners with compensation and compliance with employment law. The key duties of this role include managing payroll, talent acquisition, supporting daily and planned staff training.

To be considered for this role, you must have 4 – 7 years experience in managing HR and payroll.

You will be a vital link between management and employees which is a key element to the role and the culture of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop HR Strategies
  • Manage employee relations
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain compliance with employment law.
  • Payroll – a strong payroll background is required.
  • Managing employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary processes, and well-being support; advising on redundancy processes and supporting managers with coaching and performance management.
  • Overseeing salary frameworks, benefits provision, and supporting payroll processes to
  • Managing training initiatives and identifying development opportunities to support individual growth and organisational performance.
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and interviews; coordinating effective on boarding and initial training for new hires.
  • Designing, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with UK employment legislation and equality standards.

In return, you can expect to earn £75,000 – £85,000 per annum.
