- Reporting into the Production management team, you will assist in ensuring the site runs as efficiently as possible.
- You will work in conjunction with all departments to support the achievement and communication of departmental KPI's.
- You will oversee and assist with managing the production process, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time and with high quality standards.
- This will include planning production schedules, managing resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and maintaining quality standards.
- You will also work to improve processes, reduce costs and ensure safety.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or Masters
