Warehouse Control Room Planner – KPI & Real-Time Analytics
Job summary
A leading logistics company in Ackton is seeking a Warehouse Control Room Clerk to oversee shift planning and performance reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Benefits include free parking, flexible working options, and a generous pension scheme. This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday, with a starting pay rate of £26,035. - High level of IT literacy with advanced Excel skills are essential for the role.

- Proven ability to produce, interpret, and present statistical data and analytical reports.
- Organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurately reporting Shift Status information on a 2 hourly basis.
- To lead planning with Operations, Agency and recruitment around specific periods.
- Co-ordinate activities for the Shift Manager regarding Performance Reviews.
- Assist in the development of KPI reports to the Operational Team.
- Monitor Colleague performance in real time and report anomalies.
