Job Title: Planning Administrator

Location: Solihull, B92

Salary: £28,000 per annum (paid hourly) - £14.35ph

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (30‑minute unpaid break)

Contract: Initially on‑going agency with potential for permanent employment

Hybrid Working: After successful training, the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays

About the Role

We are recruiting 2 x Planning Administrators to support automotive manufacturing operations. These roles involve entering data into scheduling systems (SAP and CMMS3) and ensuring accuracy to prevent production delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into SAP and CMMS3 systems.
  • Maintain scheduling integrity to prevent production issues.
  • Support BAU (Business‑As‑Usual) tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy.
  • Previous experience with SAP and/or CMMS systems (highly advantageous).
  • Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • A solid work history is required.
