Helpdesk Scheduler
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

YourConstruction is proud to be working in partnership with a growing and dynamic Facilities Management company based in Manchester. We are seeking an organised and proactive Helpdesk Scheduler to join their thriving team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate engineers for planned and reactive maintenance jobs
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients
  • Log and update service requests accurately in the system
  • Monitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed SLAs
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident using IT systems and databases (experience with CAFM systems is a bonus)
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
