The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, experience in the General Insurance sector, and outstanding leadership skills. You will coordinate the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices while fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications
- Expertise in theoretical and practical application of software engineering best practices.
- Experience with Policy Administration Systems in the General Insurance sector.

- Knowledge of Agile software development frameworks.
