- Manage daily site operations including earthworks, drainage, groundworks, and utilities
- Supervise subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
- Ensure health & safety compliance including toolbox talks and inductions
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and progress updates
- Proven experience as a Civils Site Manager on civil engineering projects
- SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS (Black/Gold preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
