Known for delivering quality homes with a community-first approach, our client is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is set to double in size this year thanks to a secure pipeline of work across key regional sites.

Role

Site Manager - New Build Residential (Up to £60k + Progression)

Location: Liverpool

Salary: Up to £60,000

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | On-site

The Opportunity

Due to this continued growth, we are now recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee delivery of new housing development in Liverpool.

The Role

As Site Manager, you\'ll lead all on-site activity from breaking ground through to handover. You\'ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to standard, and within budget - while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day site operations for new build housing schemes
  • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring works are delivered to spec
  • Monitor build programme and flag delays or risks early
  • Ensure health & safety compliance, reporting, and quality checks
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and local authorities as needed
  • Promote a positive, productive site culture
Who We\'re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuilding
  • Strong technical understanding of new build processes (traditional and modern methods)
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualified (or equivalent)
  • Quality-focused, organised, and an excellent people manager
  • Able to problem-solve on site and drive a positive HSE culture
  • Someone ambitious who wants to grow with the business
