A national developer based in Exeter is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to manage site operations effectively. You will work closely with the Site Manager to control day-to-day activities of sub-contractors while ensuring quality standards and material supplies are met. The ideal candidate has experience in residential construction, possesses an NVQ Level 4 in Site Supervision, and holds a CSCS card at the Manager or Supervisor level. Experience in managing construction processes.
Knowledge of NHBC and Building Regulations.
Responsabilités
Manage field operations including sub-contractors’ day-to-day activities.
Assist the Site Manager in planning and programming site activities.
Ensure completion of weekly planning sheets for overall build programme.
Connaissances
Experience working for a residential house builder or main contractor
Detailed knowledge of building process
First aid qualified
CSCS card holder at Manager/Supervisor level
