Job summary

A construction staffing agency is seeking an experienced Gateman / Traffic Marshal to manage site access and ensure safety on a busy construction site in Scotland. Responsibilities include directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, operating site gates, and communicating with site management. Candidates must hold a valid CSCS Card and a Traffic Marshal or Banksman Ticket. Previous experience is preferred, alongside strong communication skills and an awareness of health & safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card is essential for the role.
• Traffic Marshal or Banksman Ticket is essential.

Responsibilities

• Control vehicle and pedestrian movements on site.
