A client within the Public Sector based in North Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Construction Supervisor to join their Property Services team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full‑time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority or public sector property maintenance environment.
To support the delivery of planned maintenance and minor works projects across a diverse estate of public and commercial properties throughout North Yorkshire. The Construction Supervisor will oversee multi‑trade teams on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high‑quality standards.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such is offering £25 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £20 per hour PAYE).
