Qualifications

  • Experience in fire sprinkler installations.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Experience in supervisory roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Keep records of installation progress and monitor against the programme.
  • Fabricate and install sprinkler pipe work.
  • Maintain compliance with approved method statements on site.
  • Supervise and assist mates and/or trainees.

Skills

Knowledge of construction sites
Understanding of sprinkler installations
Works well in a team

Education

Valid CSCS Card
SSSTS (preferred, not essential)

Non Working Supervisor - London

Location: Greater London Area, working on projects

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday site hours

Salary will depend on experience

We design, install, and maintain all types of automatically operating fire extinguishing systems and electronically activated fire detection and alarm systems for large projects through to servicing small standalone products. Responsibilities
  • Keeping records of installation progress and monitoring against the programme of works
  • Fabrication and installation of sprinkler pipe work
  • Keeping up to date site records, including site diary
  • Reading drawings and ensuring work is in accordance with Argus Fire designs and quality expectations and procedures
  • Maintaining compliance on site with issued and approved method statements and risk assessments
  • Assisting with testing and commissioning
  • Supervising and assisting mates and/or trainees
Essential Skills & Requirements
  • Knowledge of construction sites
  • Understanding of sprinkler installations, with previous experience in fire sprinkler installations
  • Works well in a team
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • SSSTS (preferred, not essential)
  • Sprinkler NVQ Level 2 (preferred, not essential)
