• Install and connect BMS hardware and field devices
• Load control programs and perform point-to-point checks
• Test and adjust control sequences and alarms
• Integrate BMS with HVAC, fire alarms, and other services
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimise performance
• Complete testing documentation and train building operators

• Strong knowledge of Trend or Tridium
• Valid CSCS/ECS card
• Confident managing a programme of works
• Strong communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Detail-oriented and a good team player
• Contractual knowledge is a plus
