Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing and reputable team working across South London. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive pay, generous overtime rates, and NO CALL-OUT requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of a variety of air conditioning systems across commercial sites.

Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems (including split, VRV/VRF, and multi-split systems).
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Work in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Complete job sheets and service records accurately and on time.
• Interact with clients in a professional manner to deliver high-quality service.
• Travel across South London to various client locations.
• Provide expert knowledge and support related to air conditioning equipment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an air conditioning engineer.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
• F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be eligible for security clearance.
